Numa panela com água a ferver coloque o recipiente (tipo banho maria) e mexa tudo durante 8 minutos, até ficar bem grosso. Coloque sobre a água quente e mexa até que o açúcar derreta. Retire do calor e bata até ficar uma espuma. Aumente gradualmente a velocidade até que fique bem brilhante (merengue).
