\/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E1.\u003C\/b\u003E Pré-aqueça o forno a 250 graus e forre uma assadeira a papel vegetal. Apare as extremidades das pontas dos limões e corte +\/- 1\/3 de cada limão (como na imagem).\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E2.\u003C\/b\u003E Retire a polpa dos limões para uma tigela e esprema o sumo da polpa, guarde, vai precisar do sumo mais tarde. Coloque os limões sem a polpa na assadeira.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E3.\u003C\/b\u003E Num recipiente à prova de calor, que não derreta. Combine as Gemas com 1\/4 da chávena de açúcar e 1\/4 de chávena do sumo de Limão e ainda a farinha. Bata tudo à velocidade média durante 3 minutos. Numa panela com água a ferver coloque o recipiente (tipo banho maria) e mexa tudo durante 8 minutos, até ficar bem grosso. Retire o recipiente do calor e bata até esfriar bem.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E4. \u003C\/b\u003ECombine as claras do Ovo e o restante açúcar numa tigela limpa. Coloque sobre a água quente e mexa até que o açúcar derreta. Retire do calor e bata até ficar uma espuma. Aumente gradualmente a velocidade até que fique bem brilhante (merengue). Cuidado para não bater demais.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E5. \u003C\/b\u003EMisture, aos poucos, o merengue com a mistura das gemas e distribua o creme pelos limões.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cb\u003E6.\u003C\/b\u003E Coloque a assadeira no forno e fique atenta. O creme deve ficar douradinho e crescer cerca de 1 cm. Demora +\/- 14 minutos.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EDepois é só retirar do forno, polvilhar com açúcar em pó e decorar com as \"tampinhas\" que sobraram dos limões. Junte depois o sal e o creme tártaro.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECom uma batedeira misture tudo durante 7 minutos, fortemente.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECom um pincel pequeno, pincele 3 ou 4 listas de corante de laranja num saco de pasteleiro (interior), ou se tiver um daqueles em plástico (tipo seringa), faça escorrer um pouco do corante no interior.
